Anastasia Taylor-Lind is a British/Swedish award-winning photojournalist and poet. She is a 2024 CatchLight Global Fellow, a National Geographic Society Explorer, TED Fellow, and Harvard Nieman Fellow.
For a decade, Anastasia Taylor-Lind has documented the civilian experience of war in the eastern Ukrainian region of Donbas. Her project, “5K from the Frontline,” created in collaboration with Ukrainian journalist and anthropologist Alisa Sopova, depicts everyday civilian life and the practices of resilience.
